Negro Pepper

This herb and spice Negro pepper has anti-inflammatory properties and so can be used in the treatment of arthritis, rheumatism and other inflammatory conditions. It add flavour and spice up our kunu drink, zobo drink etc. As good as this spice is, there is experimental evidence that it inhibits fertility! A lot of women use it as a natural means of contraception. So, a woman trying to achieve pregnancy should avoid it. It is also an abortifacient, so, it is not safe for pregnant women.
